Act, not talk. You will be happy!

                                                                  Yesterday was 20 March, and according to the United Nations, it was International Day of Happiness.                         
But just because it's happiness day doesn't mean we're automatically happier.                                                                     
Far from it.                                                                
In my experience, happiness is the result of hard work.                                                           
Happiness is not a state.                                    
Very rarely do you wake up in the morning and say to yourself - "Today I am happy!". Maybe even never.                        
You only see scenes like that in the movies.                                                                                                                                                            You're more likely to be happy when you do a good things.                                                                                         
Instead, you're more likely to be happy when you give a gift or do a charity act.      
For example, when you donate to a good cause, such as building a new hospital in your town, and you finally find out that the hospital has been built, then it's natural to feel happy, because you've contributed to it in some way.                         
In other words, you worked to be happy.     
The simple fact that you picked up the phone and made a donation means that you worked for your happiness.                      
Work makes a man noble.                                                                                                                                         You probably know the saying: Work makes a man noble.                                            
I believe that work not only ennobles man, but also makes him happy.                    
For example, I have moments of happiness when this website reaches as many people as possible and brings them more knowledge.                                                   
The simple fact that I have done my job well and helped another person grow financially makes me happy.                           
So happiness comes from hard work and achieving goals.                                                     
Set 3 important goals for tomorrow and try to accomplish them by the end of the day.                                                                              
I guarantee it will make you happier and more confident in your own strengths.       
Don't dream of happiness.
