What you need in entrepreneurship?

Sometimes I'm asked "Tell me 2-3 things that will help me make a successful business".
And I have a really hard time answering that because I know there are dozens of skills behind it that you need. :(
So, I wrote a list of 100 skills I feel I need for my entrepreneurial work.
I don't excel at all of them obviously, but the simple fact that I thought of them means that I have at some point researched the field.
The truth is that you need a lot of skills, but if I were to backtrack there is a little shortcut that I will tell you at the end of the article. I'll say to you the two skills that I consider the most important.
*Obviously these skills don't have to be taken to mastery level, but they are often needed when you are just starting out in business.*

And please don't tell me the "yes but you should work with professionals" story that when you're just starting out you don't have the money to hire dedicated experts.

Any entrepreneur starting out plays every role in the company, whether they want to or not.

100 skills every entrepreneur should know.                                                                                                                                                   100 skills I've acquired without often realising they're needed:

1. Cleaning up - who sweeps your offices/shop at first?

2. Fitting things (handyman) - who fits desks, light bulbs, when something breaks etc?

3. Managing conflict - it often arises in a team.

4. Motivating people in the team - we don't always feel like working.

5. Managing relationships with family - they need to understand why you are busy all the time.

6. Managing your relationship with your partner - it is said that deciding who you share your life with is the most important decision. If that person doesn't support you, your romantic life  can never be successful.

7. Managing relationships with friends - you also need a social life.

8. Psychologist - sometimes clients or people in your team have challenges that are totally different from the work you do.

9. Coach - good questions, asked at the right time.

10. Trainer - who trains your first people?

11. Lawyer - don't think you have money at the start of a legal department.

12. Legal - same as 11...

44. Leadership - you only have your team to manage.

45. Delegation - if you don't do it, you will only work yourself from morning till morning.

46. Knowing how to evaluate - if you don't do this you'll end up with weak people in your team.

We've come to the end! :)

Life as an entrepreneur is certainly not an easy life, but there is a lot of satisfaction in it!

Summary:

I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint—and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.
